A non-Staged property could be on the market two weeks to over a year. For properties that do not get an offer in the first month, they will experience a PRICE REDUCTION. Interior Decorating
We will help turn your dream of a room into reality. We'll help you decide on a style, choose a color scheme, purchase furniture, and accessorize. And if you just want to spruce up an existing space that needs to be updated or redone - we can help there too. As a decorator we don't work directly with contractors or architects and won't focus on any structural changes. But we do work with furniture makers, upholsterers, and other industry professionals.
Design Consultation
As a professional and certified Home Stager we provide Staging Consultations where specific recommendations are provided to you to help you prepare your property for sale. Consultations are provided most often on Occupied Properties and can also be provided for Remodeling Recommendations, Interior and Exterior Colors, and any other specifics you might need for your property.
